Unforeseen demand or manufacturer delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Some quantities are limited. If back orders are unacceptable, we will cancel the item from your order and refund any payment made. Back ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they are available.

Chop Shop U only accepts exchanges with regards to wrong sizes of apparel. If the product that was purchased was the wrong size, you can return it provided that the following conditions are met:
* The apparel has not been worn
* There are no damages to the apparel
* All tags and stickers are still on the apparel
* The size that will be exchanged for is available
To exchange for another size, please email us at info@chopshopu.com or go to the Contact Us tab. Fill out your name and email, and add a brief description of what size you received and what size you want to exchange for in the “Message” field. We will then respond to you with return instructions.
